CAN I LOSE WEIGHT WITH COOLSCULPTING?
The primary goal of CoolSculpting is to eliminate undesired fat pockets to make you look slimmer and with that make your clothes more flattering and form-fitting. So CoolSculpting is a fat reduction procedure, but not a weight loss treatment. The procedure is not meant to be solution for anyone who are signinfacntly overweight or obese. Ideal candidates should be within 30 pounds of their goal weight and follow a healthy lifestyle.
HOW PAINFUL IS COOLSCULPTING? ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?
Most patients are usually able to return to normal activities immediately after the procedure with no compromising side effects. During the treatment you can experience some mild, temporary discomfort due to the strong suction and extreme cold it involves. But, as the temperature drops and the numbing effect takes place, you will likely sit comfortably, reading, watching television, or even napping. You can expect to feel a sensation of mild pinching, tingling, stinging, or even some tenderness or soreness in the treated area. But all these symptoms are considered normal and should disappear within the first week. Any other hypersensitivity of the skin post-treatment should also disappear after a few days.
AM I SUITABLE FOR COOLSCULPTING?
Even though men and women store fat on their bodies in different ways, CoolSculpting works wonders for everyone. But the treatment is only suitable for those who have some modest-size fat bulges that are not easily reduced through diet and exercise, such as: double chins, abdominal fat, love handles, back fat and fat bulges from menopause.
